Bone Broth protein

Bone broth is a supplement with a lots of benefits in terms of overall wellness and fitness levels as well. Into the benefits of it the most famous ones are healing of the gut reducing intestinal inflammation and permeability of the gastrointestinal tract. 
On top of that it has shown noticeable improvement in some people with joints problems after the regular intake of it for a few months, due to its contents rich on glucosamine, chondroitin and collagen just to name a few.  
Also our ancestor consume it for its immune system benefits, all of this without the multiple benefits in skin, hair and nails that have attracted so many women that are into the look for a young fountain.

I love how easy is to blend, i do mine in the blender with 8 onzas of almond milk and one banana everyday as a post workout drink and i love it. The taste is not sweet as a regular protein shake but if you accompanied with the correct fruits it taste fantastic, is very creamy and easy to drink.
In terms of nutritional value, it has 20 grams of protein per scoop and just 85 calories which is fantastic. The sodium content is 150 mg per serving and the potassium is 270mg. I personally always like to consume supplements that have a great balance of sodium and potassium but that has more or better the double of potassium in comparison with sodium to balance the sodium content. So this actually has a great balance for what i am looking form in term of overall wellness. The amino acid content is fantastic too, it has all the essential ones which make it perfect as a post workout drink.

I personally recommend it either you are into the look for a protein shake with high protein and low calories, or you want to improve your joints or overall wellness.

Vremi knife set  I received this knife set a few weeks back and i am amazed by the quality and performance by the price. They are very well built, made of stainless steel and very sharp. What i most like is the protective covers are very comfortable when you want to save in a drawer, but also the blades are magnetic and i could save it in my magnat knife organizer. I have use for cutting meat, vegetables and bread and the quality of the chopping is just professional grade. They are also bpa and lead free. The colors are really fun and i love how light and comfortable they are. It comes in a nice box which looks nice in case you are thinking to give it as a gift. The only downside is that they are not dishwasher safe but anyway they are easy to clean.  It seems pretty durable but i will update my review if anything change.
